While Quinn had another epic fail of an HOH reign on Thursday’s “Big Brother 26,” Chelsie had a pretty good night. She was one of the voices behind the vote-flip to evict Joseph and then she won HOH for the second time this season.
But she claimed she didn’t mean to win it. The comp, which was based on the videos they were shown Tuesday, came down to a tiebreaker between her, Kimo, Makensy and Cam. They had to write an estimated time without going over. She said she tried to throw it by going low, so she wrote 47 minutes. OK, but if you’re throwing this, wouldn’t you go high since the winning guess is not supposed go over? Makes you think.
One-on-ones then carried on through the night, but Chelsie already had people in mind to put up, Angela and Kimo. Angela begged her not to nominate her when there are people who still haven’t hit the block, Leah and T’Kor, but Angela also wants Chelsie to protect Leah, so that only leaves T’Kor. And Chelsie is not going to put her up. Chelsie retold that convo to T’Kor later, confirming that she’ll do Angela and Kimo with the former being her target. She believes Kimo can win the Veto and reassured him that he’s not her target. She’ll either put up Leah or Quinn if Kimo comes off.
Leah and/or Quinn should be Chelsie’s targets — and she acknowledged that they’re the likeliest to target her — and the alternative would be to break up the super strong T’Kor/Kimo/Rubina trio that they’ve all let make jury and are totally cool with it, but alas. Expect another Angela meltdown after noms though.
