‘Big Brother 26’s’ Tucker: ‘I was a very appetizing target’ and ‘I’m sure Brooklyn is dancing at home’ [WATCH]

Tucker Des Lauriers knew his “Big Brother 26″ experience was coming to an end as he sat on the block next to Angela during Thursday night’s eviction episode. The marketing and sales executive from Brooklyn, New York offered himself up as a pawn for Head of Household T’Kor, but the temptation to take out the game’s fiercest competitor proved too much for Tucker to survive. After he flubbed the A.I. Arena and Makensy pulled herself off the block, it was game over for Tucker and he was evicted by a vote of 5-3. Watch his video interview with Gold Derby above.

“I’d be a fool not to think after all I did in there, competitive-wise and game-wise, but also, there was still a little hope because what I did do in there. Being a pawn twice or three times, taking Quinn off the block, taking Angela off the block, giving T’Kor five grand…I thought, something’s gotta pay off! Not taking the Hawaii trip from Makensy. I was like, maybe? But, I know I was a very appetizing target and the second people in that house got a chance to strike they would be foolish not to.”

Although Tucker isn’t walking away a winner with $750,000, he did win $20k for being voted America’s A.I. Instigator for the past week. The fiscally responsible jokester does plan to splurge on one thing. His first order of business will be getting “his very handsome boy, Ziggy” (his dog) a little brother. “I’m getting him a pup, so that when I leave again he’ll someone to play with.”

Tucker’s biggest regret in the game was taking Quinn off the block and not evicting him when he had the chance.

“I should have stuck with my gut. At that moment all of his cards were on the table. He was scrambling to pick them up, and he scrambled and picked them up quickly. But, Brooklyn was the bigger target. She was a great manipulator and deceiver in that house. Hats off to her, she was good, but I was on to her game. I’m sure she is dancing at home right now.”

After sparking a romance with Rubina this summer, Tucker will now be cheering her on from home. His advice for her? “Kimo. Rubina and Kimo have good intentions, great game coverage, Rubina is incredibly strong and underestimated. They both have really good social games, but their social game could be the end of them because they trusted Quinn and I never did.”
