FBI Most Wanted Sees Dylan McDermott Get Religious For A Case [EXCLUSIVE CLIP]

Screen Rant is thrilled to present an exclusive new preview for the new FBI: Most Wanted episode "Black Mirror." The series is a spin-off of the popular Dick Wolf drama FBIFBI: Most Wanted follows the FBI's Fugitive Task Force as they hunt down the dangerous criminals on the FBI's famous Most Wanted List.

The team is led by FBI Supervisory Special Agent Remy Scott (Dylan McDermott), who took over after the tragic death of Jesse "Jess" LaCroix. In the all-new episode, "Black Mirror," two teenagers are abducted on their way home from a basketball game. The team's investigation leads them to a wayward pastor and his brother. Remy goes undercover as a pastor to find the missing teens while also struggling with his own demons. Not only does this case bring up memories of his own brother's murder, but he also must attend a hearing for his killer.

More About FBI Most Wanted

FBI Most Wanted Dylan McDermott

Screen Rant's exclusive preview begins with the team searching for the missing teens with a clue leading them to The Sacred Church of the Revelation. This leads Remy, while undercover as a pastor, to meet their suspect at a funeral he is eulogizing. Many viewers will no down recall McDermott's time on American Horror Story during the new episode of FBI: Most Wanted.

McDermott's performance as Remy exudes an eeriness as he and Pastor Jacob talk at a restaurant. Remy tells Jacob that while the kidnapped girl was found dead, the boy she was with is still missing. He grows more suspicious as Jacob makes a hasty retreat and follows him to the bathroom. Remy ominously tells Jacob they were brought together for a reason.

Remy is clearly passionate about this case, with his own past coming into play as memories of his brother are brought to the surface by both the case and the murderer's hearing. This personal stake could lead Remy too far in this undercover assignment as he races against the clock to find the still-missing teen. The new episode of FBI: Most Wanted taps into the style of another FBI-centric series, Criminal Minds, by exploring some of the most twisted and terrifying aspects of these types of investigations.
