Finn promises not to add any more stress to Luna's life and plans to surprise her with a visit and a big hug. However, Lee advises against it as Luna no longer lives in that apartment. Finn finds it odd that Steffy hasn't reached out to him. Where could she be, he wonders. Luna in The Bold and the Beautiful bed and breakfast looks like she could be the next spoiler. Steffy, still locked in a cage, desperately pleads for help. She searches frantically for a weak area and shouts for aid when she hears someone at the door, only to have Luna walk in while sipping a nasty-looking green shake. Luna informs her that no one else is in the building, which is about to be destroyed.
Ridge is unhappy that Steffy has not arrived for work. Brooke offers to assist, explaining why he put her on the executive team. Concerned for his daughter's safety, Ridge worries about Steffy's whereabouts. Brooke assures Ridge that Steffy will be back home and reunited with her husband soon. Brooke persuades Ridge out of the proverbial tree, promising him that Steffy would return shortly and that she is trying to get over what occurred.
Meanwhile, Poppy is still in the visitor's room of the penitentiary when she is astonished by the arrival of Bill. She assures him of her innocence, begging him to believe her despite the overwhelming evidence. The conversation turns to a paternity test and Poppy admits she assumed he was Luna's father, expressing her heartbreak over the situation. Despite everything, Poppy requests that Bill remain in Luna's life, recalling how unruly Luna had been acting. Bill promises not to abandon Luna, even though he has doubts. Poppy proclaims her love for him as the guard signals the end of their visit.
Later, Finn pays a visit to Poppy in jail. Apologizing for not arriving sooner, they discuss Luna, the magically appearing backpack, and Poppy’s insistence on her innocence. Finn tries to wrap his head around the concept of someone setting Poppy up. Poppy begs Finn to check her place for clues to find the real killer. Baker is shocked when Luna says she's ready to throw her mother under the bus.
Steffy, still in the cage, begs Luna to let her go. Luna, confident in her plan, insists she won't get caught and admits to framing her mother for two murders. Despite admiring Steffy, Luna sees her as an obstacle to her happiness and future with Bill. Steffy pleads with Luna to consider Finn and their family, but Luna exits confidently, leaving Steffy to her fate.
Upcoming spoilers suggest Steffy’s rescue may come from unexpected quarters, possibly from figures like John Finn Finnegan, Ridge Forrester, or even Liam Spencer. Finn’s increasing anxiety about Steffy’s whereabouts could push him and others into action. As the demolition nears, Steffy’s situation becomes ever more precarious.
In other developments, Bill lets Luna stay at the mansion to keep a close watch on her, suspecting she might be up to something. Elsewhere, Katie converses with Sheila and Deacon, hinting at potential alliances or therapy sessions with Taylor Hayes back in practice.
