Hey Big Brother fans, tonight's heavily edited CBS episode is bound to be a rollercoaster. Julie Chen Moonves is set to reveal the AI instigator that America chose to wreak havoc in the BB26 house. Even before we know who the culprit is, tears and controversy have already flowed. The top suspect on everyone's lips? Angela Murray. They’ve also dubbed this mysterious entity The Hacker, though I'm unsure if it's the official name.
We conducted a poll on our official Twitter account, and the results aligned with other polls regarding top choices. We asked followers who they voted for rather than who they thought it was. The top suspects on the poll were Tucker, Angela, Quinn, and Joseph because they consistently appeared at the top of other polls we reviewed. The results? Quinn Martin landed in fourth place with just under 12% of the votes. Angela came in third with slightly over 14%. Joseph Rodriguez secured second place with over 35%. The top choice was Tucker Delorier, with nearly 39% of the votes.
If you haven’t heard, the instigator struck first on Friday. Using Quinn’s avatar, it said Rabina should have been evicted instead of Cedric, exposed Tucker and Rabina's showmance, and made other provocative claims. Leah further spread the details, noting Tucker's suspicious behavior with condoms, which has landed her the unofficial role of condom auditor in the house. The instigator also mentioned the Pentagon for Life alliance, targeting Quinn and Cam.
The second AI instigator event, this one on Saturday around 4 p.m., had a different impact. This time, it praised Angela and Rubina, prompting a heated discussion in the HOH room involving Quinn, Tor, and others, leading to increased suspicion around Angela. Leah, Quinn, Cam, and Joseph seem convinced Angela is the instigator. Mackenzie also shares this suspicion. Leah spread the theory further, and one of the instigator events even used Angela's avatar, adding fuel to the fire.
Tucker, meanwhile, is trying to maintain his innocence. He’s on the Block but took a punishment to keep Tor safe, allowing her to snag a $5,000 prize. Now, he's stuck in a unitard and must look up various facts on demand, from types of blue cheese to historical trivia. Angela, another top suspect, faced her intense punishment, which included cleaning up a toxic spill of green balls in a hazmat suit. This task kept her out of gameplay discussions, giving others time to drop her name freely.
While Angela toiled, Quinn and Joseph spread suspicions about her. The more the guys align with Leah, the more Angela’s name gets tossed around, potentially leading to her being nominated in Leah's stead. Even Tucker and Kemo consider pushing for Angela’s renomination but want to ensure they have the votes to make it worthwhile.
It’s essential to note that though Angela seems the least likely instigator to some, Leah and her allies keep pushing her name. Quinn and Joseph seem particularly invested in this narrative. Joseph even coached Quinn to maintain the pressure during his 24-hour isolation. Despite America’s polarized opinions on Quinn, Tucker, and Joseph, the instigator's antics hint more at Tucker, especially given his strategic moves to mislead the house.
Despite the chaos, Tucker's relationship with Rubina, his calculated gameplay, and his strategic discussions suggest he could be the AI instigator. With Rubina potentially unaware of his manipulations, Tucker might be playing a clever game, throwing everyone off his scent.
